Each fall, the Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation celebrates autumn with a day-long Conservation Day celebration at one of its properties. Members and friends gather for food, fun and outdoor activities. Each event features an education presentation by a noted speaker. Past programs have featured Dan Wilson of the University of Wisconsin-Extension discussing shoreland restoration and Jean Lord, founder of Pineview Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center, discussing her work with birds of prey. Conservation Day is always free and open to the public.
