The Klingler Fox Hill Nature Conservancy protects 145 acres of pristine Kettle Moraine in perpetuity. Expertly groomed Nordic ski trails are located within the Conservancy. Skiers are encouraged to join the Fox Hill Nordic Ski Club, which has  partnered with Cedar Lakes Conservation Foundation and the Milwaukee Downhill Ski Club to provide for parking, use of a warming shed, and shared trail maintenance responsibilities.

Featured most prominently on the property is a drumlin, or hill, that is characteristically higher at the north end than at the south. From its highest peak, Big Cedar and Little Cedar Lakes are clearly visible.
